On October 22, 2022, UWF partnered with the Neighborhood Hive in Salt Lake City, the local chamber of commerce, community council, and other businesses and NGO’s to host the First Annual Bonnie Ball Street Festival. The free family-friendly event attracted ~500 people from across the Wasatch Front to participate in celebrating Bonneville cutthroat trout and Utah’s wildlife communities. The event provided many diverse opportunities for community engagement around a wildlife theme.
